Details of the Job/Internship

SJR Primecorp is hiring for the position of Legal Officer to join their office in Bengaluru North.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Officer will be responsible for tasks related to Business Law, Legal Consulting, Legal Document Preparation, and Contract Law on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility

• Business Law and Contract Law skills.
• Kannada is mandatory.
• Real estate act, Rera act, Sub lease, MOU, Due diligence, Agreement drafting, knowledge is mandatory.
• Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Experience in dealing with legal matters and contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
