Details of the Job/Internship

SK Finance Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Officer to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• To provide in house advisory, legal opinions, guidance within the legal framework with respect to any legal issue that may arise keeping in mind the interest of the company.
• To draft and vet of various transactional based agreements, deeds, memorandum of understanding such as vendor agreements, NDA, affidavits, application form, indemnities, power of attorney and other documents required by the company from time to time.
• To interpret statute.

Salary/Stipend
