Details of the Job/Internship
Sky Nexus is hiring a Legal Officer on a contract basis to join their office in Pune. This is a hybrid role, allowing a combination of on-site and remote work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal consultations and support on business and contractual matters.
- Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable business and contract laws.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal requirements and risks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB, LLM, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law.
- Proficiency in legal consulting, compliance, and document preparation.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in IT or cybersecurity-focused legal practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid team settings.
