Skywings Advisors Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of 4 to 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Dehradun.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and official correspondences.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on various legal and regulatory issues.
• Liaise with external counsels, government departments, and other authorities as required.
• Support the legal team in preparing for appeals, trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain and organize legal files, case records, and documentation systematically.
• Ensure company compliance with statutory laws and corporate governance norms.
• Handle matters related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Corporate Law, Revenue, and Civil disputes.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in Law (LLB) from a recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in handling corporate, legal, and government-related matters.
• Strong knowledge of IPR, Corporate Law, Revenue, and Civil matters preferred.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools.

Salary/Stipend
