Sundaram Finance Ltd. is hiring Legal Officers with 3–7 years of experience to manage arbitration, litigation, and legal documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents for arbitration and litigation cases.
• Monitor case proceedings and identify potential legal risks.
• Maintain MIS and periodic reports for ongoing legal matters.
• Recover bad debts from defaulting or fraudulent customers.
• Execute arbitration awards and ensure compliance with legal mandates.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal practice or in-house legal roles.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, litigation, and arbitration.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases efficiently.

Salary/Stipend
