Details of the Job/Internship
Swagat Group is hiring for the position of Legal Officer to join their office in Gandhinagar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Manage Sale Deed and Lease Deed registration processes with the SRO.
- Negotiate and liaise with tenants and stakeholders on legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate and regulatory laws.
- Maintain working knowledge of the GARVI portal and related processes.
- Provide legal consulting and risk assessments to support business decisions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- Strong knowledge of general and real estate law.
- Proven experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector preferred.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.
