Details of the Job/Internship
The Rohra Group is hiring for the position of Legal Officer to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting legal documents, deeds, agreements, and contracts.
- Preparing property notes, case briefs, and legal strategies in consultation with management and external consultants.
- Drafting replies, submissions, written statements, and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research on real estate, property, and regulatory issues.
- Supporting the management in handling legal matters related to land, property acquisition, and development projects.
- Assisting with other legal assignments as required.
Eligibility
- Strong proficiency in Civil Law and legal drafting.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Knowledge of real estate and property laws including Housing Society Laws, MoFA, RERA, and SRA (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Marathi (preferred).
- Previous experience with a builder/real estate developer (highly preferred).
