Details of the Job/Internship

TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Officer with 2-3 years of corporate law experience to join their office in Delhi. The role involves providing legal advisory on corporate and commercial matters, managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling corporate governance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance on corporate governance, intellectual property, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Advise on corporate governance, prepare board resolutions, and maintain corporate records.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and implement compliance programs.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution processes with external counsel.
• Protect intellectual property rights and handle infringement issues.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on corporate and commercial law developments.
• Provide legal training sessions for employees and management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of Delhi or relevant state bar council.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws and regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Stipend
