Unison Education and Research Foundation is hiring a Legal Officer with 5 years of experience to join their office in Dehra Dun.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling legal civil matters.
• Legal vetting and review of documents.
• Managing legal cases and legal correspondence.
• Drafting legal documents.
• Liaising with legal counsels.
• Managing contract law and related legal tasks of the organisation and its institutions.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law from a reputed University.
• 5 years of relevant experience is a must.
• Knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law.
• Civil Law skills.
• IPR Law skills.
• Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Strong understanding of general law.
• Experience in legal advisory and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
