Unison Education and Research Foundation is hiring a Legal Officer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its office in Dehradun.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil legal matters and ongoing legal cases.
• Conduct legal vetting and prepare legal documents.
• Manage legal correspondence and coordinate with external legal counsels.
• Handle contract law-related tasks and provide legal advisory support.
• Ensure legal compliance and support organizational legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law from a reputed university.
• Minimum of five years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Business Law, Contract Law, Civil Law, and IPR Law.
• Experience in legal advisory, compliance, and legal documentation.
