Details of the Job/Internship

Unitic Exchange is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Officer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle crypto, financial, and cyber law–related cases.
• Draft, file, and manage Writ Petitions, Anticipatory Bail, and other legal proceedings.
• Appear before courts, legal authorities, and enforcement agencies when required.
• Coordinate with external counsels and internal compliance teams.
• Provide legal opinions on regulatory, enforcement, and operational matters.
• Ensure timely responses to legal notices and court orders.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of proven legal experience (mandatory).
• Prior experience handling crypto, fintech, cybercrime, or financial cases.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
