UST Group is looking for candidate for the position of Legal officer.

Role and Responsibilities

• As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate matters, handling property disputes and litigation, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You will also be responsible for negotiating and finalizing contracts, conducting due diligence, and managing legal risks for the organization.

Eligibility

• Qualification in law LLB or equivalent from recognised University
• 3- 4 years prior experience in the real estate industry is a a must 
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience in handling property disputes and litigation
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct legal research and searching
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
