Details of the Job/Internship

UST Group is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal officer - Real Estate.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY related matters, handling property disputes and litigation, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You will also be responsible for negotiating and finalizing contracts, conducting due diligence, and managing legal risks for the organization.

Eligibility

• Qualification in law LLB or equivalent from recognised University.
• 3- 4 years prior experience in REAL ESTATE related legal work is a must.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Experience in handling property disputes and litigation.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct legal research and searching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Salary/Stipend
