Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance & Advisory:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide legal advice to management and other departments on business transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters.
• Contract Management:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure all contracts align with legal and corporate policies.
• Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure legal compliance.
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
  • Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation on behalf of the company.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure legal protection for the organization.
• Corporate Governance:
  • Assist in drafting company policies, legal guidelines, and internal regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and ethics standards.
• Intellectual Property & Legal Documentation:
  • Manage intellectual property rights, including trademarks and patents.
  • Maintain legal records and documentation.

Eligibility

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and contract law.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and external legal counsel.
