Details of the Job/Internship
Veeda Lifesciences is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling corporate legal matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, liaison with external stakeholders, managing claims, and ensuring legal compliance within a corporate environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents including CDA, MSA, lease agreements, notices, and customer communications.
- Liaise with lawyers, police, government officers, and insurance companies.
- Coordinate with third parties for settlement of claims, if any.
- Interpret various laws and handle matters with government authorities and other parties.
- Prepare monthly trackers of events and claims for submission to the reporting authority or Board.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of court procedures.
- Knowledge of accounting software Tally is preferred.
- Knowledge of legal compliances applicable to the company.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
