Details of the Job/Internship

Wadi Surgicals (ENLIVA) is hiring an In-House Legal Counsel with relevant post-qualification experience to support its group companies based in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, MoUs, and NDAs.
• Provide legal advisory on corporate, commercial, and land-related matters.
• Manage litigation and disputes, including briefing and coordinating with advocates before courts and tribunals.
• Prepare legal briefs, opinions, and risk notes for management.
• Handle property, lease, and infrastructure documentation.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and authorities and oversee ongoing legal cases.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years of post-qualification experience.
• LL.B. degree.
• Experience in contract drafting, corporate law, and litigation management.
• Strong drafting skills and sound commercial judgment.
• Ability to work independently across multiple group entities.

Salary/Stipend
