Details of the Job/Internship

Aavas Financiers is hiring a Legal Officer (Non-Litigation) with 1–2 years of experience (freshers may apply) to join their team in Dehradun.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutinize property titles and vet property documents.
• Review and approve legal reports.
• Conduct branch visits and train sales teams on legal procedures.
• Prepare internal legal scrutiny reports and manage external vendors.
• Visit authorities for verification of mortgage properties as needed.
• Maintain Legal MIS, initiate vendor legal processes, and manage file disbursements.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB.
• Experience: 1–2 years; freshers from Dehradun may also apply.
