Details of the Job/Internship
Marwadi Financial Services seeks a highly qualified Legal Officer to oversee their business's legal aspects. The role involves ensuring legal compliance, advising management on relevant issues, and safeguarding the company's reputation. Join them to ensure legal conformity and minimize exposure risks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare for all types of legal case filling, daily attendance in court, attendance in all hearings, collection of summons, Bailable warrants, Non-Bailable warrants, and process, etc. Update to stage etc.
- Will be responsible for managing legal-related activity
- Legal counseling for all matters of an organization
- Custodian of all legal issues/contracts/papers that the company has interacted with internal or external parties.
- Filing Appeals and applications and representing companies before court and other authorities.
- Drafting and submitting all court cases to our lawyers and getting final submissions done in courts.
- Handle all legal matters-criminal or civil with third parties and advise management in decision making
- Process for settlement of disputes or taking legal action. With: sub brokers/branches/HO office clients.
- To Coordinate with management on various legal issues including matters under the Companies Act.
- Liasoning with external regulators and advisors such as lawyers and HODs of companies etc.
- Legal issues involved in labor laws and handling legal issues of labor and unions at the company.
- Manage relationships with internal departments as well as sub-brokers/branches over legal matters.
- Manage Decentralized filling for entire India locations.
- Arrange decree/arbitrations award and civil suit order execution for entire India locations.
- Enhance recovery through alternate legal low-cost tools.
- To Handle Police Authorities.
- To Handle various issues with the crime branch, police, CID, and CBI, matters
- To Liaison with a legal advisor and collection department and assist in recovering chronic delinquent accounts.
- To arrange conciliation and lok-adalat camps for delinquent accounts for amicable settlements of delinquent customers.
- Coordination with external counsel, government bodies, and other external regulators for all kinds of legal matters,
- To provide a response to government authorities for various communications received,
- Coordination with intercompany departments and providing necessary legal assistance.
- Prepare reply notice against legal client's notice,
- Prepare civil notices and cases for civil suits/execution petitions and fill in various courts and proceedings daily from time to time.
- Prepare documents list as per legal case,
- To represent in court as an appellant on behalf of the company in all legal cases-138 negotiable, civil suit, etc.,
- Legal report maintaining of all cases,
- Branch audit & recovery, and tour for legal purpose and recovery purposes
- Work with mamlatdar/collector/ and other such government offices,
- All process to execution matters and prepare all affidavits as per case,
- Notary process for all required documents as per all departments,
- Communication/documentation/co-ordination with advocate for all cases,
- Reporting to management for a report of legal status,
- Communication with all sub-brokers & branches for legal status, attendance in revenue department work for file work,
- Calling legal clients for recovery & settlement process,
- Visit legal client place for recovery,
- Search new addresses as per the requirement of legal cases,
- Present in the police department for legal work proceedings,
- Prepare to demat legal notice, complaint, evidence & other document & other application for court.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB
- Experience: PQE 1-4 years

Skills:
- General computer skills: MS Office.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, and Word software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving or Analysis skills.
- Should be Accurate and responsible
- Proficient typing skills in English and Gujarati language.
