Details of the Job/Internship

Wellversed is hiring a Legal Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience and an LL.B./LL.M. degree to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and transactions.
• Liaise with external counsel to manage and streamline legal processes.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee intellectual property (IP) management, policy development, and compliance.
• Maintain accuracy and legal compliance of documents and contracts.

Eligibility

• LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven expertise in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
