Details of the Job/Internship
Factor is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join their remote India team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Legal Operations Lead to implement strategic legal operations initiatives.
- Contribute to AI development and change management efforts.
- Assist in building dashboards and data models using Google Suite and Tableau.
- Support teams with PowerBI and SharePoint reporting tools.
- Maintain legal operations documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.
- Track compliance activities and manage deadlines.
- Perform administrative support in contract and matter systems.
- Generate reports using Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Assist with onboarding, tool updates, and troubleshooting.
- Support broader legal ops initiatives through project assistance and knowledge sharing.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or administrative support.
- Fluent in English and numerically proficient.
- Available to work UK timezone hours.
- Familiar with legal tech tools (CLM, matter management systems).
- Skilled in Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience with multinational legal operations and CLM systems.
- Degree in law, business, engineering, or related field (preferred).
