AlphaLaw is hiring for the position of Legal Operations Analyst with 2-7 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
Demand Letter Drafting
- Prepare detailed and persuasive demand letters across PI case types (motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, malpractice, etc.).
- Develop compelling narratives for pain and suffering, backed by legal principles and case facts.
- Present well-structured demands supported by exhibits and documentation.
Medical & Damages Analysis
- Review and interpret complex medical records and provider notes.
- Calculate economic damages (medical bills, lost income, services) and non-economic damages (pain, emotional distress, disability).
- Prepare clear medical chronologies, treatment summaries, and damages analyses.
Research & Case Support
- Research statutes, case law, and comparable settlements to strengthen claims.
- Analyze liability theories and contributing factors for each case.
- Coordinate with medical providers for records, bills, and narrative reports.
- Assemble complete, well-documented demand packages.
Eligibility
- 2–7 years’ experience in PI demand writing with proven settlement success.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, damages evaluation, and insurance practices.
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in reviewing medical records and calculating damages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
