Details of the Job/Internship
Zeta Global is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join their in-house legal team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, format, redline, and revise agreements, letters, memos, and legal documents.
- Coordinate legal operations in India and the United States.
- Support execution and signing of legal documents.
- Correspond with domestic and international stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Enhance departmental efficiency using ticketing systems.
- Maintain the legal database and assist business teams in accessing policies, contracts, and filings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the legal team to support local and international operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-graduation professional experience.
- International qualifications (LL.M. or specialist certifications) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
- Experience with contract management and execution tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Experience with Box, Jira, and Salesforce preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.
