Details of the Job/Internship
Unilever is hiring a Legal Operations Associate with at least 3 years of operations experience to join their UniOps office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage central support mailbox and coordinate with global stakeholders.
- Administer contract lifecycle management tools and manage user access.
- Maintain legal knowledge articles and support BAU operations.
- Build dashboards and analytics reports using Excel and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for legal tech tools.
- Stay informed on trends in legal operations and legal technology.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal function.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role with a focus on data.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerBI; experience with SharePoint preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Process-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for technology, automation, and simplification.
- Legal operations and DocuSign CLM experience preferred.
