Clarence & Partners is hiring a Legal Operations Professional to work remotely from India. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline legal processes and operations.
• Prepare legal documents and address legal issues.
• Provide legal consulting and support to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with senior counsel and cross-functional teams.
• Support the implementation of technology-driven legal solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
• Improve communication efficiency across legal operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Expertise in legal consulting, legal documentation, and handling legal issues with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AI-based legal technology is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
