Details of the Job/Internship

Priceline is hiring a Legal Operations Associate to join their office in  Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal function is responsible for providing legal advice to the firm and ensuring the firm operates in accordance with legal parameters.
• Specialists provide support across the firm's activities ensuring that legal issues, contracts, disputes, and complex transactions are conducted within the due diligence of the legal framework.
• The Non-Attorney area is responsible for activities within the Legal function and does not require a law degree.
• The Legal Operations area is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and storing information for discovery in response to a variety of legal matters, including (but not limited to) litigation, investigation, and regulatory inquiry.
• This job family is in the professional level category and works independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities.
