Details of the Job/Internship

Qualys is hiring a Legal Operations Associate with experience of 5 to 8 years to join their office in Pune, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve legal workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and administration of CLM, privacy tools, and compliance platforms.
• Standardize contracting processes, including intake, approvals, and global document governance.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, and SalesOps to ensure successful system integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Coupa, and Docusign.
• Track and analyze operational metrics such as contract cycle times and resource allocation to build executive dashboards.
• Maintain and govern legal content, ensuring templates and clause libraries remain current and classified.
• Support privacy-by-design initiatives and ensure consent management tools meet regulatory expectations.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve cycle times across the Legal function.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Legal Operations, legal administration, or project management.
• Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metrics formulation.
• Strong knowledge of contract processes, including buy-side, sell-side, and NDAs.
• Technical proficiency is highly desirable to support independent system ownership.
