ZS is hiring Legal Operations Associate with the experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing labor compliances and submissions of returns, filings for ZS establishments in India, and other required processes. Examples of process include: new registrations, renewal / amendment of licenses and registration certificates, filing statutory returns, maintain register and records, statutory payments, notice board display updates for all entities, and labour inspection.
- Handling legal notices received from government or labor officers by coordinating responses internally and working with the external vendor to submit the response.
- Manage databases for tracking various compliances.
- Assist in maintaining the filing records and other governance documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization and external vendor partners to complete compliance activities.
- Support special projects as they arise.
- Assist with ad hoc research.
Eligibility
- Graduate or MBA. Experience in managing labor law compliances or HR will be added advantage.
- Experience: 3 - 5 Yrs.
- Good computer skills including MS Office (word, excel, PPT, email, etc.)
- Understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Project management skills/experience which include managing multiple projects at one time.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against tight timelines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to get things done, and getting them done well.
- Sense of humor appreciated.
