Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Legal Operations Coordinator to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting legal operations through document preparation, legal research, case management, compliance support, and coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and effective legal assistance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing, reviewing, and organising legal documents and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and summarising findings.
- Analysing legal issues and recommending solutions.
- Supporting dispute resolution processes and case tracking.
- Drafting reports and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
- Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Valid licence to practise law preferred in Karnataka.
- Understanding of legal principles, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in legal, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with legal technology tools is a plus.
