Details of the Job/Internship
Resollect is hiring a Legal Operations Manager to manage legal workflows and external counsel operations in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage empaneled lawyers across jurisdictions.
- Track and ensure timely legal filings and case progress.
- Follow up on court dates, documentation, and next steps.
- Identify delays, escalate issues, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain records on case status, filings, and lawyer performance.
- Develop and improve SOPs for legal operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and data flow.
- Report on portfolio status and operational challenges to leadership.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of debt recovery proceedings, including Section 138 NI Act, SARFAESI, and arbitration.
- Excellent organisational and case management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, or case management tools.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving judgment.
- Law degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in legal operations, collections, NBFCs, or ARCs is a plus.
- Familiarity with eCourts, DRT filings, or SARFAESI workflows preferred.
