GTM Labs is hiring a Legal Operations Intern to support its legal team remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents under guidance.
• Conduct research on legal issues relevant to startups and emerging technologies.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in legal consulting projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify issues and contribute solutions.

Eligibility

• Enrollment in or degree in Law or a related field.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and basic legal consulting.
• Understanding of legal issues relevant to startups and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Web3, AI, or emerging technologies is a plus.
