Details of the Job/Internship
OpenSphere is hiring Legal Interns for a 2–3 month internship (with potential for full-time opportunities) at their Delhi office in a hybrid setup.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft recommendation letters, petition letters, and personal statements.
- Conduct legal and factual research to support case positions.
- Review and organize evidentiary documents such as publications, awards, and patents.
- Assist with documentation formatting, citations, and compliance.
- Contribute to knowledge-building resources around O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW visa categories.
Eligibility
- Law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year program, final year in a 3-year LL.B., or recent graduate).
- Based in Delhi/NCR (remote candidates may be considered if highly motivated).
- Strong research, writing, and documentation skills.
- Interest in immigration law, U.S. visa categories, or international law.
- Attention to detail and deadlines with structured writing skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with O-1, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW (training will be provided).
- Ability to learn and use AI tools.
