Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Legal Operations Executive – Debt Collections and Recovery to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal software for efficient case and documentation tracking.
- Prepare and dispatch legal notices in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in-house counsels with litigation management including document preparation and case research.
- Monitor compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of communications, notices, and case developments.
- Generate reports on legal activities, case statuses, and compliance metrics.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Entry-level.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of legal software, excellent communication skills, willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Salary/Stipend
