The company works with a pan-India network of lawyers to enable efficient legal notice delivery, suit filing, and Lok Adalat proceedings, making legal operations faster, trackable, and efficient.

Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join its work-from-office team in Bengaluru. The role involves managing legal operations end-to-end, supporting service delivery, coordinating with partner lawyers, tracking cases, preparing MIS reports, and assisting internal teams and clients with legal process-related requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Generate and review legal notices, including Section 138, SARFAESI, arbitration, and recovery notices.
• Track case progress across multiple clients and courts and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with partner lawyers for document filing and follow-ups.
• Review auto-generated legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support due diligence activities, including real estate and property verification.
• Assist the customer success team in resolving client queries related to legal processes.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or legal documentation.
• Background in NBFC, bank, ARC, fintech, or legal services firm preferred.
• Strong understanding of debt recovery processes, legal notice formats, and court procedures.
• Familiarity with real estate property due diligence and title verification.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working with MIS and data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
• Experience with legal tech platforms or case management systems preferred.
