Details of the Job/Internship

Agoda is hiring a Legal Operations Manager with 3–5 years of experience to join its in-house legal team in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the General Counsel and Legal Leadership Team in strategic planning, goal setting, alignment, and progress tracking.
• Manage and streamline legal operations and workflows using legal technology and AI tools.
• Lead and implement project management methodologies across legal initiatives.
• Enhance communication and collaboration between Legal Operations and the wider Agoda business.
• Develop, manage, and monitor the legal department budget, expenses, and forecasting.
• Deliver data-driven insights through reporting, metrics, and analytical dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on legal operations trends and develop playbooks, training materials, and best practices.
• Improve legal and administrative processes, systems, and documentation.
• Support ad hoc requests for the Legal Department.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, project management, or a similar operational role.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Certification or background in PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in data analysis, metrics reporting, and presentation formats.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a culturally diverse team.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on experimentation and measurable improvement.
