Details of the Job/Internship
The Magnum Ice Cream Company is hiring a Legal Operations Manager with experience of a minimum of 8 years to join their office in Pune
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and rollout of technology tools like Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Data Privacy, and BI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and optimize efficient legal processes for the broader business.
- Manage operational tasks including User Access Management, finance payment tools, and updating knowledge articles.
- Support legal teams with vendor management, purchase orders, spend tracking, and budget oversight.
- Oversee departmental change management activities, including drafting communications and training documents.
- Evaluate AI use cases to automate repetitive tasks and scale the efficiency of the legal function.
- Manage legal operations administrative staff and provide necessary support as needed.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in legal technology and operations to suggest innovative improvements.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Business, Law, or Technology.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in legal operations or a similar professional role.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerBI with strong data visualization skills.
- Hands-on experience with legal technologies such as CLM and litigation tools.
- Strong background in project management, process improvement, or technology implementation.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing major projects to successful completion.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
