Umanist NA is hiring for the position of Legal Operations Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Entity Administration: Maintain and update global entity data, oversee entity formations, closures, and qualifications. Draft and review standard legal documents as required.
• Legal Billing Management: Manage the complete billing process across international offices, including invoice review, approval workflows, reconciliation, and coordination with finance teams and external law firms.
• Documentation & Compliance: Supervise preparation of legal memos, organizational charts, and regulatory filings. Manage global annual reports, franchise tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Due Diligence & Client Requests: Handle global counterparties’ due diligence requests. Provide accurate documentation, manage sensitive disclosures, and ensure secure handling of confidential information.
• Project & Process Management: Implement new processes, oversee operational projects, and collaborate with cross-functional international teams to drive system improvements.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a legal admin team. Ensure effective delegation, productivity, and hands-on involvement in project execution.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in legal operations, business operations, or corporate administrative systems.
• At least 2 years managing a team (minimum 3 members).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
