Waters Corporation is hiring a Legal Operations Manager with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a legal operations strategy aligned with business growth.
- Design actionable objectives and performance metrics for legal departments.
- Analyze legal department data to ensure efficient staffing and scalability.
- Lead a team delivering high-volume agreements using established templates.
- Drive legal tech transformation using tools like generative AI and automation.
- Champion workflow optimization and legal quality standards.
- Oversee e-billing and collaborate with the finance team.
- Manage projects related to IP tracking, privacy audits, internal communications, file management, and legal technology deployment.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 years of experience in legal operations or related areas such as paralegal support, contracts management, or project management in tech companies.
- Strong functional knowledge of legal systems and tools.
- Familiarity with data analytics and project execution across diverse teams.
- Preferred experience in life, materials, or food science sectors.
- Excellent communication, time management, and strategic thinking skills.
