Wells Fargo is hiring a Legal Operations Processor with 2+ years of experience to work at its Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle operational tasks relating to subpoenas, levies, and legal documents.
• Improve customer service and determine appropriate actions based on customer needs.
• Perform administrative, operational, and support-related activities.
• Negotiate with external customers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Train junior Operational Legal Specialists.
• Escalate non-routine matters as required.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues.
• Interact with internal customers and follow organisational policies and compliance standards.

Eligibility

2+ years of legal operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
