Details of the Job/Internship
Wells Fargo is hiring a Legal Operations Processor with at least 2 years of legal operations experience to join their Hyderabad office. The position requires flexibility to work the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM shift.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support operational tasks relating to subpoenas, levies, and legal documents.
- Seek ways to enhance customer service and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support activities.
- Negotiate with external customers to meet resolutions and deadlines.
- Provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists.
- Escalate non-routine questions to supervisors.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues.
- Interact with internal customers and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal operations or equivalent through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Strong understanding of operational legal processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM shift.
