Wells Fargo is hiring a Legal Operations Processor with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks relating to subpoenas, levies, and legal documents.
• Enhance customer service experience and identify proper courses of action.
• Perform moderately complex administrative and operational support.
• Negotiate with external customers to meet resolutions and deadlines.
• Train and guide less experienced Legal Specialists.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues.
• Escalate non-routine matters and exercise judgment under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and risk programs.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Legal Operations or equivalent (work, training, military, or education).
• Flexibility to work in the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM shift.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
