Details of the Job/Internship

IBM is hiring a Legal Operations Professional to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the deployment, adoption, and optimisation of global legal capabilities, including workflow automation, AI-driven contract analysis, matter management, litigation and IP analytics, and legal content management systems.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support global rollout and operation of AI tools, workflows, and legal content systems.
• Assist legal teams in adopting tools, resolving issues, and following best practices.
• Develop internal content such as FAQs, user guides, tutorials, and training materials.
• Respond to user queries through communication channels and training sessions.
• Maintain and update legal playbooks and content in workflow systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using AI and automation.
• Support data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and metrics for legal operations.
• Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, and vendors to enhance systems.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree.
• High-energy, service-oriented individual with strong organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create user education materials.
• Comfortable working across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
• Interest in legal technology, workflow automation, information management, and AI tools.
• Experience or interest in legal or regulatory environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide structured guidance.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and email.
• Proficiency in legal technology, contract management, and legal research tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean and agile methodologies is preferred.
• Prior in-house legal experience is advantageous.

Salary/Stipend
