Details of the Job/Internship
SpotDraft is hiring a Legal Operations Senior Associate with 3–5 years of experience in contract management to join its Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee contract management projects, including abstraction of key terms and risk analysis.
- Review, redline, and ensure accuracy of various contracts.
- Conduct quality checks for team deliverables and ensure timely client submissions.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams.
- Manage customer expectations and provide subject matter expertise to team members.
- Assist clients in designing contract automation workflows.
- Maintain high accuracy standards and minimize rework.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a reputed, Bar Council-recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management, review, and abstraction.
- Strong time management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work.
