Details of the Job/Internship

SpotDraft is hiring a Legal Operations Senior Associate for their Bengaluru office. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management projects related to the abstraction of key information, capturing risks & obligations as per the client requirements. 
• Reviewing & redlining various contracts. 
• Performing quality checks for team members. 
• Proactive communication with internal team and clients, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time. 
• Manage and exceed customer expectations. 
• Provide SME support to the team. 
• Focus on accuracy and a first-time-right approach to avoid any rework. 
• Handle team queries. 
• Helping clients design their contract automation process. 

Eligibility

• Law graduate with strong academics from a reputed institute recognized by the Bar Council of India. 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract management, including reviewing and abstraction of various contracts. 
• Time management - ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project activities. 
• Exposure to tools for legal research, contract management, etc. 
• Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Should be results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable. 
• Ability to work as an individual contributor. 
• Microsoft Office Suite expertise. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct root cause analysis.

Salary/Stipend
