Details of the Job/Internship
AkzoNobel is hiring a Junior Technical Product Owner to support legal and compliance systems within the AkzoNobel Legal Group.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AkzoNobel Legal Group SharePoint portals, ensuring structured, accessible, and up-to-date content.
- Oversee and update the legal knowledge base in ServiceNow, including knowledge article creation, reporting, and monitoring.
- Support the Legal Front Door 2025 project through process mapping, workflow support, and requirements gathering.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for developed workflows under supervision.
- Implement simple automation projects to improve efficiency within legal and compliance departments.
- Act as a Junior Technical Product Owner for legal and compliance tools, supporting requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, solution development, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and deploy technical solutions for legal and compliance processes.
Eligibility
- Technical education in IT, development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support or development.
- Experience within a legal function is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration.
- Knowledge and experience with the PowerApps suite.
