Details of the Job/Internship
AkzoNobel is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Pune. The role involves maintaining and optimizing key digital resources within AkzoNobel Legal Group (ALG), driving process improvements through automation, and providing technical support as a Junior Technical Product Owner for legal and compliance tools.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SharePoint portals for the Legal Group, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
- Oversee and update the legal knowledge base in ServiceNow, including creating and updating knowledge articles and reports.
- Support process mapping and workflow development for the Legal Front Door project.
- Implement simple automation projects to improve legal operations.
- Act as Junior Technical Product Owner for legal and compliance tools, assisting with requirement gathering and solution testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and deploy technical solutions for legal and compliance processes.
Eligibility
- Technical education in IT, development, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or development.
- Experience in the Legal Function is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with PowerApps suite.
