Details of the Job/Internship
CrowdStrike is hiring for the position of Legal Operations Specialist to join them in their Karnataka office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, designing metrics, troubleshooting and validating data with a genuine technology and problem solving curiosity.
- Expertise in Tableau or similar business intelligence tools including data preparation, visualization, creation and maintenance of dashboards with an emphasis on maintaining cohesive, informative, and clear presentations through storytelling from underlying data.
- Ability to present complex information in an accurate and persuasive manner.
- Proficiency in Snowflake or similar data warehouse tools including expertise in SQL and experience manipulating large data sets, interpreting trends, and managing multiple data sources.
- Serve as the analytical owner within the legal department including effectively communicating data findings to the broader team and partner with them to drive prioritization and shape metrics design and implementation decisions.
- Must have strong client service orientation and demonstrated high level of customer focus, independence and initiative.
- Must be very organized and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as a team player who can easily handle shifting priorities, multi-tasking in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate integrity to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Eligibility
- Legal data and workflow knowledge.
- Experience with API and automation protocols.
- Python / R (or Java/Scala).
- Statistical modeling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with Business Insights tools (i.e., Tableau).
- Experience in the Legal Field.
