Details of the Job/Internship

CrowdStrike is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join their Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Administer the eBilling system, manage matters, user access, workflows, and documentation.
• Act as the primary contact for outside counsel billing, invoice reviews, and compliance.
• Support monthly accruals, budgeting, and legal spend accuracy with Finance.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for budget and spend initiatives.
• Manage renewals and lifecycle of legal technology tools and subscriptions.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, enforce billing guidelines, and track counsel performance.
• Coordinate with IT and Procurement on system integrations and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Contribute to AI-driven legal operations initiatives.
• Support legal records management and ensure secure documentation systems.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in legal operations or billing/vendor management.
• Strong background in financial tracking, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with eBilling tools such as SimpleLegal or Legal Tracker.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with experience driving operational improvements.
