Details of the Job/Internship

KBR is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join their Gurgaon office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Process and validate legal department invoices and ensure timely payments with Finance.
• Track legal spending and assist in budget forecasting.
• Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for legal settlement payments.
• Manage procurement requests, vendor onboarding, and engagement with outside counsel.
• Process travel and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across legal, finance, and procurement.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in legal operations or finance/accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and across time zones with flexibility.
