KBR is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join their Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and process legal department invoices according to company policies.
- Liaise with Finance and Legal teams to ensure proper coding and compliance.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in legal spend reporting, budget tracking, and forecasting.
- Manage P-Card purchases, month-end accruals, and reclassifications.
- Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for settlement payments.
- Track and report settlement activity for tax reporting purposes.
- Initiate and manage procurement requests for legal services and tools.
- Coordinate onboarding of non-PO legal vendors in ERP and e-billing systems.
- Process travel expense reports and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in legal operations or finance/accounting.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive matters.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Flexibility in work timing, remote vs office work, and tight timelines.
