Details of the Job/Internship
Nokia is hiring for the position of Legal Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Operate and manage matters in Legal Tracker (Thomson Reuters), including matter creation, purchase order initiation, and invoice review.
- Create and process Purchase Orders for law firms based on approved RFPs and quotations provided by Nokia Legal Counsel.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and external law firms to ensure timely invoice processing and payments.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document filing, scheduling calls, organizing training sessions, and maintaining correspondence.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new legal team members, including IT setup, tool access, and document legalization.
- Liaise with the Global and Legal Entity Management group to obtain necessary corporate documents.
- Assist in organizing and distributing internal legal content across platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and intranet.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal operations or legal project management, preferably in both in-house and law firm environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for corporate presentations.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing digital content on SharePoint, intranet, and Teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
